This instrument is the latest innovation from Kett, a leader in rice, grain and seed measurement for over 40 years. The C600 is designed for use in laboratory, near-line process and remote QA/QC applications where rice purity and control of the rice milling process is required.

The C600 will be exhibited at the 2011 Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Show, June 12-14 in New Orleans, LA in booth 4655.

This simple-to-use device allows the user to measure the rice whiteness without sample preparation. Simply place the sample into the pre-measured sample cup, seal it in the sample case and place the case into the slot on the C600. Within seconds, the value is displayed. The C600 also automatically displays the number of tests measured to simplify control of batch testing protocols.

The C600 builds on the success of our C300 Rice Whiteness Tester. The C300 is generally considered the worldwide standard for the measurement of rice whiteness. The C300 has been discontinued with the introduction of the C600. The C100 rice powder whiteness tester is still available. Kett also offers online solutions for whiteness measurement.
