A new line of mini vortex mixers that are offered in fixed- and variable- speed models with a wide range of accessories for numerous applications is being introduced by Alliance Scale, Inc. of Canton, Massachusetts.

Alliance Ohaus Mini Vortex Mixers are designed for user flexibility and feature powerful pulsing vortex action that reduces heat generation and produces excellent mixing and cell disruption.  Providing microprocessor control to maintain set speed for strong, consistent mixing, this mixer is suitable for continuous operation with a variety of accessory attachments or in touch mode which activates mixing when depressing the cup head.

Available in four models for gentle to high-speed mixing, Alliance Ohaus Mini Vortex Mixers measure 8.3” x 4.8” x 6.5” and have LED displays for speed and time.  An analog model offers variable speed control and a digital model allows the input of the exact speed and time to achieve fully reproducible results.  They can operate at speeds from 500 to 3000 RPM in conditions from 39° to 104°F (4° to 40°C) and 20% to 85% RH.
