Mr. Grimm has over thirty years of financial, business development and operational management experience, primarily in the life sciences industry. He has been the chief financial officer of four companies, ranging from venture-backed start-ups to publicly-held corporations and has played important roles in two IPOs and financings ranging from secondaries to joint ventures. Prior to Modular, Mr. Grimm was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Prospect Therapeutics, a company he co-founded. In addition he has held executive management positions at NitroMed, Inc. and Genetics Institute, Inc.
