The DQ302 Fluorometry Standard contains 0.25 ml DNA at a concentration of 1 ml/ml and is suitable for calibration of fluorometers, such as the Hoefer DQ300, when using the Hoescht 33258 (bis-benzimide) assay for quantitation of double stranded DNA.
