The new subsidiary will improve customer service, training and application development services for FOSS customers in the country. Additionally, a subagent, Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Ltd will provide a dedicated service focused specifically on the dairy industry.
FOSS president, Peter Foss said: “This is an exciting development for both our company and customers who will benefit from our increased presence and investment in the local market. We intend to expand the scope of our operations to the Indian sub-continent including Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal and Sri Lanka while further developing the skills and expertise of our local staff to deliver a superior customer experience.”
