New pH Gradient Buffer Solutions Facilitate MAb Charge Variant Analysis

Thermo Fisher Scientific is pleased to introduce new pH gradient buffer solutions designed to save time in method development and facilitate method transfer to QA/QC for a wide range of MAb charge variants using an LC system.

Unlike traditional salt gradients, the new Thermo Scientific buffers enable users to predict the pH and retention times of charge variants and use a narrow pH range to produce higher resolution separations. The solutions and kits are designed to deliver highly-reproducible, linear pH gradients in cation exchange chromatography for MAbs, proteins and biosimilars.

Thermo Fisher Scientific offers a large portfolio of bioseparations consumables and instruments, including MAbPac and ProPac cation exchange columns, Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 BioRS HPLC system and Thermo Scientific Dionex PCM-3000 pH gradient separation module.
