New Portable Tablet Hardness Tester PTB-M100
Introducing the new generation of manual portable tablet hardness testing with PTB-M100. The new portable hardness tester is made in strict compliance with the EP <2.9.8> and USP <1217> Pharmacopoeia. PTB-M100 features a large color touchscreen for operation and an integrated force sensor to tests samples up to 500N.

1. Touchscreen for Increased Usability
In this new generation of portable tablet hardness testers, we introduce a touch screen to enhance the user experience. The instrument features a state-of-the-art graphical user interface for an intuitive operation and improved interactive user experience. The test results are immediately displayed in form of a list. An alpha-numeric batch number can be entered at the start of a test run. Important settings, such as date and time are protected by a user password.
2. Printing with PTB-M100
PTB-M100 can be connected to an external ticket printer or to the PT-Node network adapter which enables printing on any printer or exports to external systems in the company network. The result reports include date and time.
3. Calibration and Adjustment
The instrument includes calibration (three point) and adjustment (two point) programs, each with a corresponding report. For daily verification, PTB-M100 is compatible with the Pharma Test PT-MET mechanical tablets.
4. Cordless Use
The new portable tablet hardness tester is powered by an integrated rechargeable lithium battery and charged by a standard USB-C power supply. PTB-M100 can be used cordless, making it easy and convenient to use. A battery indicator shows the status. It is also possible to work with the instrument while it is charging.
5. Launch
PTB-M100 will be ready for delivery in Q1/2025.
6. Discontinuing of Previous PTB-M
With the introduction of the new PTB-M100 we are discontinuing the previous PTB-M manual tablet hardness tester.
