Optimized Cell Isolation from Any Perfusable Organ

The Hugo Sachs Elektronik – Harvard Apparatus Advanced Research PSCI Perfusion System for Cell Isolation is specially designed for harvesting individual cells from the isolated organs of mice, rats and guinea pigs.

Dual perfusion pathways – one circuit delivers perfusate to flush out blood cells while a second circuit delivers an enzyme solution to disintegrate tissue and release individual cells.

This system is extremely simple to operate using a single manual switch to change between the dual perfusion pathways. Advanced engineering reduces dead/mixing volume in the perfusion pathway to less than 100 micro liters.

The dedicated extension for cardiomyocyte isolation ensures a positive pressure within the heart chamber thus preventing bacterial contamination.

Hugo Sachs Elektronik – Harvard Apparatus is a global developer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative and specialized products to enhance bioresearch.
