Haverhill, MA – The Filtration and Separation Division of Parker Hannifin, the leader in motion and control technologies, has expanded its distribution network for LCMS Gas Generators to include AB SCIEX (Danaher Corporation).

Under the agreement, AB SCIEX will resell, install and service Parker Balston LCMS Gas Generators. Parker has provided training and support to AB SCIEX field sales and service groups. Both companies plan to expand into the European and Asian markets in late 2010.

Parker Balston LC/MS/MS Generators are complete systems designed to deliver pure nitrogen for curtain gas, pure zero grade air as gas-1/gas-2 source gases and dry -40°F dewpoint air as source exhaust. These systems will meet and exceed the requirements of any LC/MS requiring three independent gases. Enough gas is provided for a single LC/MS instrument on a continual basis.

The Parker Balston Gas Generators will eliminate the need for high pressure nitrogen and zero air cylinders. Additionally, gas distribution, pressure, and flow control are integral to each Generator thus eliminating the requirement for secondary gas pressure or gas management systems.
