Paulett Eberhart Appointed President of Invensys Process Systems

FOXBORO, MASSACHUSETTS, USA, January 17, 2007 — Following an extensive executive search, Paulett Eberhart has been appointed CEO and President of Invensys’ Process Systems division headquartered in Foxboro, Massachusetts. Ken Brown, who has served as Acting President of Invensys Process Systems since June 28th, 2006, will re-assume his former position as General Manager of the divisions’ Measurements & Instruments business unit. Ms. Eberhart was previously with EDS, the global technology services company, which she joined in 1978. She held a number of senior roles within EDS, most recently as President of its largest operating unit, the Americas. Other roles included Senior Vice President and President, solutions consulting and Senior Vice President, information solutions.
