Springfield, IL — Perten Instruments, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Bester as Regional Manager for the north mid-west region. Joe’s responsibilities include the sale of all Perten products to the states of Minnesota, North & South Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. Products include traditional Falling Number, Near-Infrared and NIR-diode array, RVA, moisture and dough testing, laboratory mills, and grain hardness and uniformity systems.

Joe takes over the region from Terry Allen. Terry has accepted a position within Perten as Key Accounts Manager. Joe has an MBA from St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. Joe previously started his own company which grew to over $5 million in revenue. He then worked for TSI, Inc. selling various analytical equipment to researchers, government labs, and industrial accounts. Joe enjoys the many sports and outdoor activities afforded by the Twin Cities area and looks forward to this new challenge.
