Picarro Strengthens Management Team With Two Key Additions
SUNNYVALE, Calif., June 10 — In response to robust growth in commercial sales of the company’s unique trace gas analyzers, Picarro has strengthened its sales and marketing team with the addition of two new executives. Specifically, Iain Green Ph.D. has joined the company as Director of Marketing, while Mark Davis will serve in the role of Vice President of Sales.
Iain Green has over 10 years of experience as a marketing executive in the field of analytical instruments. Before joining Picarro, he was Senior Marketing Manager of NMR products for Varian, and has considerable depth is marketing and sales of spectroscopy instruments. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of London.
Mark Davis has held various executive and sales leadership positions in analytical instrumentation since 1989. Most recently, he served as Director of US Sales for Hach Company, a division of Danaher Corporation. With $200M in US sales, this group manufactures and distributes analytical instruments and reagents used to verify and control the quality of water in municipal and industrial markets. Davis received his M.S. in Management of Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology.
