Quantachrome Japan (headquartered in Kawasaki City) will succeed Quantachrome Instruments’ current partner, Malvern Instruments (a company of Spectris Co., Ltd. ), on April 1, 2013 and from then on will deal directly with its customers for a better understanding of customer requirements so as to improve its quality and speed of customer support, in both service and sales. Quantachrome Japan is a fully staffed enterprise of trained technical sales specialists and service personnel backed by decades of experience in Quantachrome’s instruments.
