In order to build a high-tech factory for the implementation of innovative activities in the development and production of high-tech x-ray equipment for the mining industry and research of the structure and composition of material in the territory of the Special Economic Zone “Novoorlovskaya” (city of Saint- Petersburg) in 2012, JSC “RDP”Bourevestnik”, a new legal entity was established by law – JSC “IC” Bourevestnik “(it was transformed into JSC” IC ” Bourevestnik” in the year of 2017). 100% of the authorized capital of the established enterprise belongs to JSC “RDP”Bourevestnik “.

JSC “IC” Bourevestnik “, as a resident of the SEZ “Novoorlovskaya”, was providing the construction of new production facilities of JSC “RDP”Bourevestnik” during 2012-2018 years.

In connection with the completion of the construction, it becomes necessary to concentrate the accumulated research and production potential of JSC “RDP”Bourevestnik” and the newly created assets of JSC “IC” Bourevestnik ” into one legal entity.

A decision to reorganize the JSC “RDP”Bourevestnik”, in the form of a merger with JSC “IC” Bourevestnik”, with a planned completion of the reorganization in June 2018 was made at an extraordinary general shareholders meeting of JSC “RDP”Bourevestnik” on the 12-th of February, 2018.

At the same time, all liabilities of JSC “RDP”Bourevestnik” towards the legal entities and individuals will be transferred to JSC “IC” Bourevestnik ” in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and will be executed by JSC “IC” Bourevestnik ” in full.
