Paris — Saint-Gobain has acquired ZenPure, a company specializing in the development and

manufacture of filtration products, mainly for the life sciences sector.

Created in 2002, ZenPure designs custom filters manufactured in a state-of-the-art plant in

Hangzhou, China. The products are marketed and sold across the globe and will bolster the

range of fluid systems made by Saint-Gobain’s Plastics business.

This acquisition is fully in line with the Group’s strategy of strengthening its positions in highperformance

solutions on fast-growing markets.
