SAN DIEGO, CALIF.- Scale Biosciences (ScaleBioTM), an innovator in single cell sequencing, today announced new appointments to its commercial team, including the appointment of new sales and support leader Kim Ferguson as Vice President of Global Sales and Support. Collectively, the appointments reflect the maturation of Scale Bio, which now offers a range of solutions for single cell omics research studying single cell RNA, single cell methylation, CRISPR guide enrichment, and more.

Kim Ferguson has led a remarkable career spanning multiple high-profile companies, where she drove revenue growth and sales. Prior to joining ScaleBio, Kim served as Vice President of Global Sales Operations at DNA Script where she validated target customers and product specs pre-commercial launch and developed a sales pipeline and commercial operations functions to enable sale execution. Previously, she held a variety of sales and scientific roles at Illumina, Eppendorf, VWR International, Orthologic Corp., and Natick Soldier Center. Kim received her
B.S. in Biology and Biotechnology and M.S. in Biology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
