CALUIRE, France, May 22 — Setaram Instrumentation is proud to announce the appointment of Gary Etherington as new VP, International Sales and Marketing Director. Since July 2006, Gary has successfully managed Setaram Inc., the US operation of Setaram. He was able to build a new marketing, sales and support team who have grown the sales in North America by a factor of 3.

Gary has almost two decades experience in the laboratory instrumentation industry. He started his Career in technical support, and then a sales role within a British analytical instrument distributor. His first responsibility was as product manager for Setaram Instruments in the UK. He has developed sales structures, both in Britain and the US, for HEL, a company that manufacturers both adiabatic and reaction calorimeters delivering significant growth and profitability along the way. Before coming back to Setaram, Gary worked as the US Sales and Marketing Manager for Julabo, a company delivering temperature control to chemists and chemical engineers and again delivered more than double digit growth.
