Singleron to Launch Tensor at Festival of Genomics, Setting New Standards in Single Cell Sequencing Automation

Cologne, Germany – Singleron Biotechnologies will introduce the Tensor High Throughput Single Cell Library Processing System, the first fully automated instrument for single cell sequencing library preparation, from cell suspension to sequencing-ready library, to address the increased needs for throughput and automation in the field. Tensor enables the preparation of up to 32 single cell sequencing libraries of up to 3 million cells in a single run, reducing hands-on time by 90% and completing the process in a single workday.

Tensor: A New Standard in high throughput Single Cell Sequencing

Tensor addresses key challenges in single cell workflows, including procedural complexity and manual workload. Singleron’s SCOPE-Adaptor technology not only empowers its Tensor system, but also works as a nimble module that can be integrated in the most commonly used liquid handler systems customers already have in their laboratories.

End-to-End Automation Solutions

While Tensor automates the critical steps of single cell partitioning and library preparation, it complements Singleron’s existing portfolio, which includes automation solutions for tissue dissociation, cloud-based data analysis, and data interpretation. Together, these products automate and standardize the comprehensive end-to-end workflow for single cell sequencing—from tissue to data, making single cell sequencing ready for clinical translations and applications.
