Spectro Scientific Receives Multimillion Dollar Instrument Supply and Service Contracts from the United States Air Force

CHELMSFORD, MA –- Spectro Scientific, a leading developer and manufacturer of analytical tools and software for fluid and machine condition monitoring, has been awarded two multi-year contracts from the United States Air Force under the Joint Oil Analysis Program (JOAP). The first is for the continued supply of the company’s Spectroil MN/W optical emission (OE) spectrometers. The second is for the global service and support of the company’s widely deployed Spectroil OE spectrometers. Both contracts are exclusive to Spectro Scientific, run approximately five (5) years in length, and are estimated to have a total value to the company of $18M to $22M.
