Tecan Announces Change in Management Team

Matthias Düchting, regional head of sales and member of the Group Executive Committee is leaving Tecan

Männedorf, Switzerland — The Tecan Group (SIX Swiss Exchange: TECN) today announced a change in its Management Team. Matthias Düchting, Head of the European sales organization and member of the Group Executive Committee, will leave Tecan by mutual agreement. Jürg Dübendorfer, Head of Business Unit Services & Consumables, takes over the responsibility for the Sales Region Europe on an interim basis with immediate effect until a successor is found. Jürg Dübendorfer has been with Tecan since 2001 and has been a member of the Group Executive Committee since 2006.

Matthias Düchting joined Tecan in October 2008 and was subsequently appointed as Head of sales for the “Europe & NEMEA” region, which covers the markets in Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Africa and India.
