Tecan announces changes in management team

Männedorf (Switzerland), 31 March 2008 ─ Bernhard Iseli, a Member of the Executive

Committee and head of the Business Segment Sample Management has decided to resign from

his position effective June 30th 2008 in order to focus on new challenges outside of Tecan.

Bernhard Iseli has been with REMP since 2002 which was acquired by Tecan in the summer of

2005. REMP today encompasses the Business Segment Sample Management within the Tecan

Group. Tecan’s Board of Directors and the Management regret Mr. Iseli’s decision and thank him

for his significant contributions to both, the Business Segment and the Group.

A search for a successor is currently underway.
