The company is world leader in analytical thermal desorption technology, and its ALMSCO division supplies groundbreaking time-of-flight mass spectrometers. The company’s focus, facilities and all employees will remain, and the founders stay on as leaders of the management team and co-shareholders.

For the Schauenburg International Group, this acquisition signifies a very important strategic step in enlarging their activities in the field of environmental monitoring, further strengthening Schauenburg’s Electronic Technologies division.
