DARMSTADT, Germany–VWR International bvba kicked off the 2010 year with their Third Annual European Sales Conference. This year’s meeting took place in Madrid, Spain and had 1.450 VWR associates in attendance. VWR invited their top 100 suppliers to present the latest product innovations at an exhibition during the Conference. In addition, VWR awarded top suppliers for their outstanding support and service provided in 2009. Amongst the awarded suppliers were Merck KGaA, Kimberly Clark, Brand, Eppendorf, IKA, Nova Analytics, Vacuubrand, Binder, Gosselin, GE Healthcare and Pall Life Science.
