WEST CHESTER, Pa.– VWR International, LLC, a global laboratory supply and distribution company, announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire the laboratory distribution business OneMed Lab, a division of OneMed Group, subject to regulatory approval. The OneMed Group is a medical and scientific laboratory supply distributor operating in eight countries.

OneMed Lab is one of the largest distributors of laboratory equipment, chemicals and consumables in Finland, Norway and Sweden. With offices in Vantaa, Oslo and Gothenburg, the company supplies customers in the industrial, pharmaceutical, hospital and university sectors. OneMed Lab has an annual revenue of approximately $30 million US dollars.
