Maidstone, Kent, UK–Whatman plc has announced that it will decrease its product range from approximately 16,000 list numbers to 4,000. It also plans a revised reorganization of its manufacturing facilities that will consolidate manufacturing and technical resources from 14 locations to 4 and a 20% reduction in personnel by year end.
