Cleveland, OH- Parker Hannifin has acquired Porter Instrument Company for an undisclosed amount. Porter specializes in instruments that measure and control low flow gases and liquids for analytical, dental, medical and industrial applications, including flowmeters and flow controllers. In 2004, Porter recorded revenues for $35 million.
