Darmstadt and Leverkrusen, Germany 10/27/03 —Merck Life Science Products has signed a cooperation agreement with Bayer Technology Services GmbH. Merck will develop purification processes for customer projects and Bayer will engineer and manufacture industrial scale separation systems and plants.
