Hillerød, Denmark 3/4/16—FOSS, a provider of analytical instrument for food and agriculture testing, has acquired Soft Flow Hungary. Soft Flow provides microbead assay technologies and has 22 employees. The companies have worked together on a project for more than three years. “With this acquisition, we gain access to competencies that can further boost the implementation of our new strategy as we continue to have a strong focus on food safety,” said Niels Degn, senior vice president, R&D at FOSS.
