Mullheim, Germany/Tustin CA 3/1/16—Optical solutions and components manufacturer Hellma has announced the acquisition of Axiom Analytical, a provider of optical precision modules for online spectroscopy in process industries. The company will be known as Hellma Axiom. “With the Axiom Analytical acquisition, we will ensure profitability in the industrial sector of the Hellma Group and in addition will focus more on industrial trends such as the increasing automation growing quality requirements,” stated Holm Kändler, president of the newly formed Hellma Axiom. Axiom Founders Norm Jennings and Dr. Mike Doyle will serve as consultants. Axiom will remain in Tustin, California.
