Phenomenex introduced the Lux Amylose-2 chiral column, which incorporates an amylose backbone and a unique halogenated derivative.
Agilent introduced the Agilent 1200 Series HPLC-Chip II, featuring greater performance lifetime.
Agilent released the Phosphochip, its 12th chip for use with its HPLC-Chip/MS interface. Codeveloped by Professor Albert J.R. Heck’s group at Utrecht University, the Phosphochip combines enrichment and analysis of phosphopeptides into a single step.
Malvern Instruments launched a photodiode array detector for Viscotek’s TDAmax gel permeation chromatography (GPC)/size exclusive chromatography system.
Pall Life Sciences introduced the Pall Q and S HyperCel ion exchange sorbents for laboratory and process-scale use. The sorbents are designed for the processing of recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies, plasma derivatives and other proteins from various feedstock.
LCTech GmbH launched the GPC Quattro system, which runs four columns in parallel with either the same or four different methods and has a maximum operating pressure of 1000 psi.
PerkinElmer and Waters developed an interface for PerkinElmer’s Clarus GCs and TurboMatrix Headspace Samplers and Waters’s Empower 2 Chromatography Software networked installations. It will be available in June.
