La Jolla, CA and Coralville, IA 2/27/13—Synthetic Genomics (SGI) has announced the formal launch of SGI-DNA for the development, manufacture and commercialization of its synthetic DNA technology. Synthetic Genomics and Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) have also expanded their collaboration (see IBO 3/31/12) to include the manufacture and co-branding of cloned synthetic DNA constructs up to 2 Mbp, which will be available exclusively through IDT.
