Tulsa, OK – Chandler Engineering Company LLC has purchased Ruska Instrument Corporation’s Fluid Technology Group (Houston, TX). The group’s primary business is the manufacture and sale of PVT systems, positive displacement pumps and ancillary equipment such as viscometers and gasometers. Chandler Engineering, a leading manufacturer of specialized test equipment for the oil and gas industry, plans to integrate its own technologies to further enhance Ruska’s PVT instruments. Ruska will turn over all ownership and responsibilities to Chandler, however the instruments will continue to use Ruska’s name. Ruska is a subsidiary of pressure sensors and instrument specialist Druck Incorporated, based in New Fairfield, Connecticut.
