Flow Technology Introduces Ultrasonic Micro Liquid Flowmeter
TEMPE, AZ, February 5, 2007 — Flow Technology, Inc., a manufacturer of precision flow measurement instruments, systems and calibrators, today announced the release of Model µLF-100 Ultrasonic Liquid Flowmeter. The latest in a new series of accurate, reliable and cost-effective ultrasonic flow measurement instruments, the µLF-100 is capable of measuring very low flow rates (down to 94ml/min.) through a small diameter PFA tube. Typical applications for the µLF-100 include DI water and chemical solutions
in the semiconductor market.
The µLF-100 utilizes solid-state technology, providing the major economic benefit of many years of uninterrupted service. The meter has no moving parts-reducing its cost of ownership and eliminating common maintenance and recalibration requirements.
