Syracuse, NY and Zurich, Switzerland – Inficon Holding AG has acquired New Visions Systems, a vacuum instrumentation and process control software company serving the semiconductor industry. The acquisition is expected to be accretive in late 2003 or early 2004 and will add lithography to Inficon’s capabilities for the advance process control market, allowing it to deliver broader process control and metrology solutions and to implement fab-wide process control systems.
