Franklin, MA- Thermo Electron has acquired Netherlands-based EPM, a supplier of dilution probe sampling systems for continuous emission monitoring (CEM) applications. EPM has annual revenues of $3 million. It will join Thermo Electron’s Environmental Instruments division. Thermo Electron Environmental Instruments stated that EPM’s products will complement its gas analyzers used for smokestack CEM and gives Thermo sampling expertise in DENOX system monitoring applications for the utility industry.
