MEECO Introduces NEW TRACER 2 at PITTCON

Orlando, FL (February 28-March 3, 2005)- MEECO is pleased to introduce the new TRACER 2 trace moisture analyzer at PITTCON, Feb. 18-March 3, 2005 in Orlando, Fl. The TRACER 2 will be highlighted at our booth # 1183. It pairs 0.5 parts-per-billion (ppb) moisture detection with improved speed of response. Whether used in a stationary analytical rack or a portable cart, the Tracer 2 has the sensitivity, quick response, and compact size required to serve semiconductor fabricators, gas providers, and piping contractors alike as a yield enhancer.

Drawing upon Faraday’s Law, a fundamental principle of physics, the TRACER 2 measures moisture through electrolysis. The electrical current generated relates directly to the moisture concentration of the test gas. And, because it relies on an absolute measure, the TRACER 2 requires no sensor calibration.

The TRACER 2 addresses the need for accurate, reliable process control and moisture sampling at levels at or below single-digit ppb’s. A simple, robust design, combined with patented moisture addition technology, make the TRACER 2 the most flexible moisture analyzer available.

The unit itself is so compact that two devices fit into one standard panel-mount case. This not only saves space, but also permits you to measure two gas lines at a time. In sum, the TRACER 2 is designed to be more reliable, easier to use, and more affordable than any system on the market. It is an unbeatable value.
