Nova Analytics Corporation of Woburn, Massachusetts announced the acquisition of ADS Corporation a subsidiary of Axel Johnson Inc. ADS Corporation manufactures and distributes flow measurement equipment and software. Collectively, the two divisions of ADS, ADS Environmental Services and Accusonic Technologies provide services to customers in over 40 countries and have conducted over 5000 flow measurement projects in their 30-year history.

ADS Environmental Services provides industry leading innovations in acoustic Doppler technologies, analytical software and real-time, web-hosted reporting for the wastewater collection system industry.

Accusonic Technologies pioneered the development of multiple, parallel path transit time monitors valued for extreme accuracy in the hydroelectric and water transport industries.
