Spectronaut™ Pulsar Viewer: The only MCP-compliant DIA Experiment Viewer

It is our pleasure to announce that, as of today, Biognosys is providing a Spectronaut™ Pulsar Viewer to the proteomics community.

The Spectronaut Pulsar Viewer is currently the only MCP-compliant viewer software for DIA experiments submitted to Molecular & Cellular Proteomics (MCP). The Spectronaut Pulsar Viewer allows researchers to review published DIA data. By providing this tool, we aim to make DIA data more accessible for review by independent researchers and help to ensure consistent quality of published data.

The Spectronaut Pulsar Viewer is able to open saved Spectronaut Pulsar experiment files (.sne) and allows the user to browse through spectra and ion traces. The viewer cannot be used to perform a full analysis.

More about the usage of the Spectronaut Pulsar Viewer when publishing in MCP can be found on the MCP homepage here.

In addition, the Spectronaut Pulsar Viewer allows researchers to generate new reports from saved experiments. The generated reports are fully functional and can thus be used for statistical downstream analysis. This facilitates data sharing and collaborations across laboratories.

Spectronaut Pulsar Viewer is free of charge. More information can be found here:
