Oakdale, MN 1/5/07—Dyneon, a subsidiary of 3M, has acquired 3M’s Bioanalytical Technologies business, including the Empore solid phase extraction product line, effective January 1. 3M Bioanalytical Technologies previously operated as a separate operating unit within 3M.
