Radnor, PA 6/4/14—VWR has acquired LABRepCo, a distributor of lab equipment to the eastern US. Financial details were not disclosed. LABRepCo specializes in lab equipment supply and partnering in new lab builds and renovations through consultative relationships. “Like VWR, LABRepCo believes that its people are what differentiate them in the industry,” said Mark McLoughlin, senior vice president and president of VWR’s US Lab Business. “The expertise of LABRepCo’s associates will provide our customers with access to an expanded knowledge base, ultimately improving the customer experience.”
