Portal provides software customers with online support

Loveland, Colo. — Hach Company now offers online support for customers of the Hach Water Information Management Solution™ (Hach WIMS™) software family of products.

This web browser-based customer support portal enables customers to easily track issues because each item is assigned a unique tracking number which instantly identifies history of all communication between parties involved in issue resolution. Customers can review all communication with support personnel, upload screenshots of issues, collaborate on resolution of issues and view resolution status.
