California Analytical Instruments (CAI), located in Orange, CA. announced its acquisition of Liston Scientific, Irvine, CA. Liston`s support and manufacturing personnel and all manufacturing equipment and inventory will be moving to the CAI facility during the month of May. Minimal interruption in service and support levels of Liston Scientific Customers is expected during this period.
