Washington, DC- Danaher announced that its Hach subsidiary has purchased 10.7% of the outstanding shares of DKK-TOA for approximately $5 million and that DKK-TOA will become the exclusive Japanese distributor of several Hach products. DKK-TOA is a Japanese manufacturer and distributor of laboratory and process analytical instruments or environmental markets, primarily water quality.
