Tucson, AZ 9/18/15—Protein Technologies (PTI) has reached an agreement with Peptide Solutions (PSL) in its suit against the company alleging breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of trade secrets and proprietary information, and tortious interference (see IBO 1/31/15). PTI has withdrawn the case, and PSL has dropped its counterclaims.
