Milford, MA 12/5/08—Waters has purchased the net assets of Analytical Products Group (APG), a proficiency testing and quality-assurance services company, for an undisclosed amount. Waters will merge APG with its Environmental Resource Associates operations. APG has annual revenues of approximately $4 million. The acquisition is expected to be neutral to Waters’s 2009 earnings.
